Aligned to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, we work to safeguard the health of those who do not or cannot access basic healthcare facilities. Presently, we work across 18 locations pan-India and have impacted 1 million+ lives.

IGF-India follows a Refund Policy for our donors. We take utmost care about processing donations as per the mandates signed by our donors in the donor forms, both offline and online. But in an unlikely event of an inaccurate deduction or if the donor wants to cancel the donation, IGF-India will start the refund process within 7 working days from the date of receiving the refund request from the donor.The timely refund of the wrongly deduced amount will depend on the type of card used during the transaction. The donor will need to submit proof of deduction of the donation amount and a written refund request within 5 days after the donation has been made. Please note that donations are non-refundable once the 80G Certificate is issued (To know more, please refer to ourCancellation Policy).
